IVA Juniors Program – Term 2, 2026

Our IVA Juniors Program returns for Term 2 2026!

The Illawarra Volleyball Association (IVA) Juniors Program is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes under 18 to learn, practice, and enjoy volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, the program runs throughout the year aligning with the four school terms.

Term 2 Details

Each session includes skill-based training followed by mixed game play in a fun and inclusive environment.

When: Tuesday nights, 5:30pm–7:00pm
Where: Illawarra Indoor Hockey Centre, Waples Rd, Unanderra
Who: Open to all skill levels, ages 18 & under
Program Length: 10 weeks (Starts Tuesday 28 April, Ends Tuesday 30 June)
Cost: $200 per athlete for the Term

All athletes looking to join our IVA Juniors Program for the first time are able to have 1 free trial session to give it a go before committing to a full term. To use this, please head to IVA Juniors Program Free Trial Session and register your child for the session of your choice so we know to expect them.

We encourage joining as early in the term as possible, as the training content progresses throughout the term, so joining at the end can sometimes be a bit more overwhelming for new players.

The first free trial session is only available to new players, and does not apply to players who have attended our Juniors Program in the past.

Membership Requirement

All athletes must be current IVA members to participate in our Juniors Program.
If your child is not yet a member, please register via the Membership tab on our website before signing up for the program. 

How to Register & Pay

1. Ensure your child is a current IVA member (see membership requirement above). 

2. Complete the Term 2 registration form by clicking Register Now on the event page.

3. Once submitted, click the plus sign (+) next to ‘Debit/Credit Card’ to pay now.
4. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with an invoice.
   
   

Using an Active Kids Voucher

We accept Service NSW Active Kids Vouchers. To redeem a voucher:

• Register your child but do not pay the invoice immediately.

• Email the voucher to finance@illawarravolleyball.org.au

• Our Treasurer will apply the discount and update the invoice accordingly.

Registrations will be checked at the door each week. Please ensure your child is fully registered and paid prior to attending.
